An exhibition of 151 elaborately-wrought traditional Chinese dishes made of Shoushan stone by local stone-carving artist Sun Zhaoyong is on show in Fuzhou at present. Shoushan Stone Carving is an art originating in Fujian Province in eastern China. The stones used in carving are also known as agalmatolite and are mined in the Shoushan village in Fuzhou.
